This morning was just beautiful. I looked out the window at about 8.20am (gotta love winter hours!) and the sky was just turning pink. I hightailed it to the beach and caught the sun as it crested – the sky just lit up like a great wall of smoke and fire. The sea wasn’t very rough so I lay down flat on the sand and shot as close to the water as I could, trying to catch the breakers tumbling.
