It was cloudy this morning – bit if a surprise after days of blazing sunshine. I nearly didn’t get up.  The sky looked flat, even 20 minutes before dawn. I’m so glad I did, because I clambered up this rocky hill to find  the sun hanging above the rolling landscape like a great crimson lantern. The light turned from blood red to gold as it rose.
