Every time we go to this magical place, I wonder why we don’t come every week. This heatwave is insane – the whole country is sparkling. Powerscourt Waterfall was just breathtaking today, and a bit of patience paid off – I got this shot without any of the 1000 people clamouring for selfies in front it of it. OK, not quite. If I’m completely honest, there are three tiny people painted out of this picture – I couldn’t help it! They had to go. Stunning, stunning place. Bring a picnic, get there early…perfect day.
