When I found this wonderful tree near Powerscourt Waterfall, the first thing I thought of was Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin hiding from the Ringwraith (hence the title, a quote from Fellowship of the Ring). Yes, I am a giant geek. That’s my little girl playing around amongst the roots. Pure magic.
