This was an incredible storm I had the privilege to witness raging over the forests of Lake Zurich. I spent a couple of hours on the balcony of my sister’s house, shooting 30 second exposures of this scintillating forked lightning. It’s a little noisy, as the sky was inky black (apart from the sporadic lightning bursts of course!) but it was just an amazing experience.
